Flagstaff Hill delivered a commanding performance, reinforcing their status as strong contenders. The Wineflies cemented their position in second place with a ripper of a victory.

The Saints suffered their second defeat in a row, putting their finals qualification hopes on shaky ground. Meanwhile, Morphett Vale finally broke their drought with their first win of the season against the Sharks.

Aldinga faced off against Morphett Vale in what turned out to be a thrilling contest.

The Sharks were desperate for a win, but the Emus had other plans. Morphett Vale, previously winless, came out with a point to prove and stunned the Sharks with a brilliant performance. Brian Gill and Khori Mills-Richardson led the charge, each booting 2 goals and showing why they are Pilmore Cup hopefuls. Their efforts were pivotal in securing Morphett Vale’s first win of the season with a score of 106-79.

Ironbank welcomed Flagstaff Hill to their turf but were left licking their wounds after a blistering performance by the Falcons.

Flagstaff Hill soared high with a dominant display, turning Ironbank’s defence into Swiss cheese. Goal-scoring machines Samuel Smith and Ryan Mountford were on fire, booting 6 and 5 goals, respectively, leaving Ironbank’s defenders chasing shadows.

With relentless attack and pinpoint accuracy, the Falcons racked up a mammoth 162-45 victory over Ironbank. This win solidified Flagstaff Hill’s position near the top, proving they are serious contenders this season.

Reynella hosted Cove in what turned out to be a one-sided affair. From the get-go, it was clear who was in control. By the half-time break, things were already looking grim for Cove, and it didn’t get any better for them. Reynella cruised to a comfortable victory 144-43.

The Wineflies were in fine form, buzzing all over the Cobras. Reynella’s forward line was on fire, with Chase Wooley and Conor Lidstone each bagging multiple goals.

The Vikings took on the Saints in a game that was a rollercoaster of emotions. Happy Valley started strong, taking a slim lead in the first quarter. The final quarter saw the Saints fighting hard, but the Vikings held their ground, finishing with a score of 68-57.

Happy Valley bumped up their standings, adding more intrigue to the mid-table battle. Cody Cox and Liam Hamilton each bagged 3 goals for the Vikings, while Harry Davenport added 2 more, making it clear that Happy Valley’s forward line is firing on all cylinders.
